So here is how it works, you pay a minimum of around $50 per person, they bring you food for 90 minutes that is raw but seasoned and you cook it yourself at the table over open flame. For my wife and I and a child was $180. Most of them food is sliced really thin so they aren't giving you much food to begin with and they intentionally take their time bring the food out to dig into your 90 minutes so they aren't using as much food. It's very clever. Crazy to me that we were charged a tip for cooking our own food and then there is a spot on the receipt to add an additional tip on top of that tap. To say "they" have good food is a stretch lol you are the chef here. Save your money go buy your own food and cook it at home unless you just really want to show off that you have crazy amounts of money to spend on your date. I'd say all 3 of us together probably got around $30 total worth of food at the end of the 90 minutes. It just feels fancy because you can cook it yourself. Other than that you aren't missing much.

It was absolutely delicious, and the quality of the meat was amazing. The Suki Beef Bibimbap is a must-order! It’s a bit pricey but i think it’s worth it

We recently visited Gyu-Kaku with a party of 17 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our server, Nellie, was excellent and did the best he could under difficult circumstances. The problem was that he was the only server assigned to our large party while also managing three other tables at the same time. As a result, service was extremely slow, and food took far too long to arrive. Since we purchased the all-you-can-eat option, the delay was especially frustrating. The restaurant enforces a 90-minute time limit, but we didn't receive much of our food until nearly 45 minutes into that time. While the manager was kind enough to extend our dining time, it still didn't make up for the amount of time spent waiting. To make matters worse, to feed only five people from our group totalled over $325, and we simply did not feel that the experience justified the cost. Between the long waits, limited time to actually enjoy the food, and lack of staffing, it felt like a significant waste of both time and money. Gyu-Kaku never disappoints. The quality of the meats, the flavor, and the overall experience make it worth every visit. Cooking at the table adds to the atmosphere, and the service is always attentive without being overbearing. Great spot for dinner when you want something interactive and elevated.

My family’s and I first time going. The service and food was amazing!! Our server was efficient and patient and they catered to our dietary restrictions. The price is reasonable and the food exceptional. We had a great time. Everyone we encountered there was friendly.
